April's Gone

In the spring, you gave me flowers
We played with color everywhere
And in the fall, the leaves were falling
And the room was just left bare
Now it's Christmas once again
And I wonder if you want me or if you care
Do you still care?
'Cause April's gone
But here we are
Will this Christmas make it right? Light the lights?
Bring our love back to the start?
Let's get right down to the point, my dear
Don't let this feeling slip away
Let's roll another log on the fire
And sit for a while, please just stay
'Cause April's gone
But here we are
Will this Christmas make it right? Light the lights?
Bring our love back from the dark?
I'll make it easy on you
You make it easy for me
Games we played are in the past, we'll make it last
Just look at me, look at me
Now April's gone
But lightning strikes
Christmas always lights a spark in our stars
Brings the love back in our lives
Just don't forget
Just who we are
May this Christmas make it right, light the lights
Feel the love back in our hearts
Oh, this Christmas make it real, light the lights
Feel the love back in our hearts
(Oh-ooh) Oh, in our hearts
