Every Word I Know

Of course a foundation can be rocked
An ending can be long or abrupt
Of course its easy to promise things
When you have no idea what the next day brings
I dont want to lose the touch
To me its a lot, to you not much
I dont want to trap myself
Or gather dust, abandoned on a shelf
Ive used up every word I know
So its time I go
I dont want to forget
To me it matters, to you it might not
I dont want to feel wasted
Or regret the things I said
