Dialogue 1

Man : Hello, may I help you?
남자 : 안녕하세요, 도와 드릴까요?
Tom : Yes, I'd like to make a reservation for tonight.

Man : Your name, please?
남자 : 성함이 어떻게 되십니까?

Man: One minute, Mr.Jones. What type of rooms do you want?
남자 : 잠깐만요, 존스씨. 어떤 형태의 방을 원하십니까?
Tom : Well, I'd like two single rooms.
톰 : 글쎄요, 일인용 침대가 있는 방을 두개 원합니다.
Man : For how many nights?
남자 : 며칠 밤을 묵을 건데요?
Tom : Two.
톰 : 이틀요.
Man : All right. Your room numbers are five o four  and five o five.
남자 : 알겠습니다. 방 번호가 오백사호와 오백오호예요.
Tom : I see. By the way, are there any restaurants still open  for dinner?
톰 : 알겠습니다. 그런데 아직까지 저녁 식사를 할수 있는 식당 있을까요?
Man : I'm afraid all our restaurants close at ten o'clock.  But you can call room service. It's open twenty four hours.
남자 : 저희 식당은 열시에 문을 닫습니다. 그러나 당신은 룸서비스를 부를 수 있어요. 이십사시간 운영하거든요.
Tom : Great. Thank you.
톰 : 아주 좋습니다. 고맙습니다.

Dialogue 2

Officer : Hello, United Airlines. May I help you?
직원 : 안녕하세요, 유나이티드 항공사입니다. 무엇을 도와 드릴까요?
Peter : Yes, I'd like to make a reservation for a flight to  New York.
피터 : 뉴욕으로 가는 비행기표를 예약하고 싶은데요.
Officer : How many tickets would you like to reserve, please?

Officer: All right,sir. We have one flight leaving at ten forty a.m.   and another at three p.m.
직원 : 알겠습니다. 오전 열시 사십분에 떠나는 비행기가 있고요, 오후 세시에 떠나는 비행기가 있어요.
Peter : I'd like to book tickets for the three o'clock flight.
피터 : 세시에 떠나는 비행기표를 예약하고 싶어요.

Officer : Good morning, Dr. Smith office.
Peter : Hello! This is Peter Smith. I'd like to make an appointment, please.
Officer : What seems to be the problem?
Peter : I have a fever. I'd like to see the doctor as soon as possible.
Officer : Well, normally you have to wait for a week. But I think I can squeeze
you in somewhere today.
Peter : Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.
Officer : You're quite welcome. How about this afternoon at three.
Peter : That would be fine. Thanks a lot.
