이것보다 더 많이 난 내 방식대로 살았어
Regrets, Ive had a few
후회?..몇 번 해봤지.
But then again too few to mention
하지만 별로 거론할만큼 많았던 건 아냐..
I did what I had to do
난 내가 해야할 것을 했고.
And saw it through without exemption
한치의 예외없이 난 끝까지 해냈지.
I planned each chartered course
Each careful step along the byway
샛길을 따라
조심스러운 걸음도 계획했었어
And more, much more than this I did it my way
하지만 그보다,
난 내 방식대로 더 많은 걸 하며 살았다는거야.
Yes there were times Im sure you
그래... 너도 잘 알겠지만..
Knew when I bit off more than I could chew
지나치게 과욕을 부린 적도 있었어
But through it all when there was doubt
하지만 이 모든걸 겪으면서 의심이 생길때는
I ate it up and spit it out
전적으로 믿거나 딱 짤라 말했었지.
I faced it all and I stood tall and did it my way
난 모든 것을 정면으로 맞서면서 언제나 당당했고
그리고 내 방식대로 행동했다네~
Ive loved, Ive laughed and cried
사랑도 해봤고...웃고 울어도 보고
Ive had my fill, my share of losing
가질만큼 가져봤고 잃을 만큼 잃어도 봤다네~
And now as tears subside
그리고 눈물을 거둔 지금 생각해 보면..
I find it all so amusing to think I did all that
내가 했던 그 모든 걸 돌이켜보면
다 즐거운 일들이었던 거야..
And may I say not in a shy way
내가 부끄럽지 않게 말해도 되겠는가?

For what is a man, what has he got
남자로 무엇으로 살며. 가진 것이 뭐가 있는가?
If not himself then he has naught
소신이 없다면 벌거벗은 것과 마찬가지인 것을..
To say the things he truly feels
자신이 진정으로 느끼는 것들을 말하는 것은...
And not the words of one who kneels
비굴한 사람들이 하는 말이 아니네~
The record shows I took the blows
내 과거가 말해주듯, 난 정면으로 맞섰다네~
And did it my way
그리고 난 내 방식대로 해결했어.
Yes, it was my way
그래. 그게 나만의 방식이었다네~
