A Horse With No Name
On the first part of the journey,
I was looking at all the life.
여행을 막 시작할 때, 나는
주변에 살아 있는것들을 보았지.
There were plants and birds. and rocks and things,
There was sand and hills and rings.
식물과 새들
돌 같은 것들이 있었어 그리고
모래 언덕이나 물결도 있었지.
The first thing I met, was a fly with a buzz,
And the sky, with no clouds.
처음에 만난 것은 윙윙거리는 파리와
구름 한점 없는 하늘이었어..
The heat was hot, and the ground was dry,
But the air was full of sound.
날씨는 찌는 듯 더웠고
땅은 메말라 있었지만
공기에는 소리들로 가득했지..
Ive been through the desert on a horse with no name,
It felt good to be out of the rain.
나는 이름없는 말을 타고
사막을 건너고 있었지.
비를 맞을일이 없어서 좋았어.

Cause there aint no one for to give you no pain.
사막에서는,
너는 너 자신을 알수 있을거야.
왜냐하면 거기엔 아무도
너를 고통주려는 사람이 없으니까 말야

After two days, in the desert sun,
My skin began to turn red.
사막의 태양볕에서 이틀을 보내고 나니
내 살갗은 벌겋게 되기 시작했어.
After three days, in the desert fun,
I was looking at a river bed.
흥미로운 사막의 3일을 보내고 나니
나는 말라버린 강바닥을 바라보기 시작했어.
And the story it told, of a river that flowed,
Made me sad to think it was dead.
예전에는 물이 흘렀다고 이야기를 했었는데
이제 말라 죽은거 아닌가 하고 내심 슬퍼졌어.

After nine days, I let the horse run free,
Cause the desert had turned to sea.
9일이 지나고 나는 말을 자유로이 가도록 풀어주었어
왜냐하면 사막이 바다로 바뀌었기 때문이야.
There were plants and birds, and rocks and things,
There was sand and hills and rings.
거기엔 식물과 새들
그리고 돌 같은 것들이 있었고
모래나 언덕이나 물결도 있었지...
The ocean is a desert, with its life underground,
And a perfect disguise above.
큰 바다는 사막과 같이
아래엔 생명이 숨쉬는데
지표면의 감쪽같은 위장이었어
Under the cities lies, a heart made of ground,
But the humans will give no love.
도시 아래에는
땅으로 된 사랑이 있지만
사람들은 사랑을 주려고 하지 않지
